ACS Central Services Team (CST)
The Central Services Team (CST) is a team of employees with appropriate skills to oversee and manage the business side of the Schools.
This team works closely with the SLE, the leadership of the individual Schools and the office managers to ensure the Schools are well managed.
The CST is responsible to ensure the ‘back office’ procedures are developed and maintained in a professional manner. This includes the development of budgets, the processing of accounts, banking etc.
The CST is financed by the schools paying a fee for service to the CST.
